European Delivery Network

We ship from our manufacturing base in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China to destinations across the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway. All shipments are handled by trusted international logistics partners including DHL, FedEx, and specialized freight forwarders for bulk orders.

Our logistics team coordinates customs clearance documentation, ensuring smooth cross-border delivery with minimal delays. We provide full commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin as standard with every shipment.

Shipping Methods

We offer three shipping tiers to match your urgency and budget:

Express (2–4 business days): Door-to-door courier service via DHL Express or FedEx International Priority. Ideal for samples, small orders, and time-critical deliveries.

Standard (5–10 business days): Air freight with local last-mile delivery. Cost-effective for small to medium orders that do not require express handling.

Economy (15–30 business days): Sea freight with container consolidation. The most economical option for bulk orders and palletized shipments. We provide regular status updates throughout transit.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination country, shipping method, and order volume. The estimates below are door-to-door from dispatch date:

Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France: Express 2–3 days / Standard 5–7 days / Economy 18–22 days

Italy, Spain, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic: Express 3–4 days / Standard 6–9 days / Economy 20–28 days

Nordic countries (Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway): Express 3–4 days / Standard 7–10 days / Economy 22–30 days

United Kingdom, Switzerland: Express 2–4 days / Standard 6–8 days / Economy 20–25 days

Packaging

All products are packaged to withstand international transit conditions. Our packaging standards include:

Slide rails: Individually wrapped in VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) paper or film, placed in reinforced corrugated cartons with foam separators. Bulk orders are palletized with edge protectors and stretch-wrapped.

Ceramic components: Each piece is secured in anti-static foam cutouts, packed in double-walled cartons with desiccant packets. Fragile handling labels applied on all sides.

Custom packaging: Available upon request, including private-label packaging, retail-ready boxes, and custom unit-of-measure configurations.
