Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between Zhongshan Oblueo Technology Co., Ltd. ("oblueo") and its customers, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Quotations and Orders

All quotations are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise. Orders become binding upon written confirmation from oblueo. Minimum order quantities may apply.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are quoted in EUR or USD unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are specified in the quotation or proforma invoice. Standard terms are T/T with 30% deposit and 70% before shipment.

4. Delivery

Delivery terms are EXW (Ex Works) Zhongshan, China, unless otherwise specified. Shipping and insurance are arranged at the customer's request and expense.

5. Warranty

Products are warranted to conform to agreed specifications for 12 months from delivery. Claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of discovery of any defect.

6. Liability

oblueo's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. oblueo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All technical drawings, specifications, and product designs remain the intellectual property of oblueo unless otherwise agreed.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with CIETAC rules.
